Why are your prices so low?
West Coast Dimensions is a service for musicians, by musicians. We charge per project basis, not per hour.
Do you accept credit cards?
At this time, we only accept cash and check as forms of payment. We will soon accept payments through PayPal™.
Can I use my own artwork or photography?
To keep costs down, supplying your own images is encouraged. Certain requirements, however, must be met depending on the photo application. Of course, photography with our in-house photographers is highly recommended.
Who owns the artwork?
You own the artwork once you've paid for it in full! West Coast Dimensions cannot reproduce your artwork, however we can use it for advertiseing, use in portfolio's, and contest entries. We will not re-sell your artwork, in orignal or modified state, to another client.
Why are most of the flyers in black and white?
Mostly for ease of duplication. Black and white photocopies are inexpensive and have a fast turnaround. Also, flyers are generally short term promotional items, unlike posters which will likely be used for a longer period of time.
Do you offer Flash™ website design?
Implementation of Flash™ is available upon request at an additional cost.
How do you know what I'm looking for in a design?
We will not start any project until;
a.) We have consulted you about what you are looking for in a design.
b.) The deposit has been paid. (see "What if I don't like my design?")
After consulting you, and with your go ahead, we will begin the design process. An intial design will be presented to you as soon as possible, based on work-load.
What if I don't like my design?
Smaller projects, under $50, are designed on a per-project basis and paid in full up front. If you are unhappy with the design, no refunds will be given and any new designs will be charged as a new, seperate project.
Larger projects, $50 and over, require a non-refundable deposit of $50 before any project is started. Upon completion of the intital design, if you are not satisfied, West Coast Dimensions retains ownership of the design. If you wish to proceed with the design, upon completion, the remainder of the cost must be paid before ownership is transfered to you.
